Our Philosophy
Dear Families,
Thank you for your interest in Little Dreamers By The Sea! I know that choosing a program that is right for your little one can be a difficult decision to make. Some children thrive in a large setting with lots of stimulation while others prefer a smaller group size with a mellower existence. Here at Little Dreamers By The Sea we provide a fun, happy, healthy and stimulating environment where child initiated and child directed learning experiences are encouraged. By fostering such approach, we feel that each child is afforded the opportunity to learn and grow at their own pace.
The learning environment will promote imaginary play, learning new concepts using a 'mixed' methodology, art, music and many other types of sensory activities. Each day the group size will be small and consist of a total of twelve children. Having such a small group will provide the children with a more intimate experience. As the friendships begin to flourish a classroom family will begin to mature. From there a very beautiful community, full of lots of LOVE, will blossom. Here at Little Dreamers By The Sea your child will not only feel safe and secure, but will also be encouraged to explore happy, healthy relationships with their classmates and teachers. We will all work together as a team to help nurture the overall cognitive, emotional, physical and social wellbeing of the group. I am excited to meet some Little Dreamers soon!
